[Order Tracking] What to do if your order hasn’t arrived after the Estimated Delivery Date

We understand how stressful it feels when an order doesn’t arrive on time. Don’t worry—you have a few options to resolve this.

 

📦 Option 1: Raise a Return/Refund Request

  • Go to Me > My Purchases > To Receive

  • Select your order
    Tap Return/Refund

  • Choose I didn’t receive some/all of my items

  • Select Parcel not delivered as the reason
  • Add details, then Submit

🚚 Option 2: Track or Expedite Your Order

  • Shopee Supported Logistics (SSL): Contact the logistics partner directly. See full guide HERE.
  • Non-Shopee Supported Logistics: Contact the seller for updates.
